To do this, we’re starting to develop our network at the cutting edge of new technologies in France, Italy and Portugal.
We’re building and operating charging stations focused on ultra-fast charging and electric vehicle users, both on the road network and at destinations. To help us develop our network in France, we are recruiting an Arquitect Manager.
You will be responsible for the following tasks, under the direction of the Operations Departament in Spain, if you accept the position:
- Design our future high-power IRVE (Infrastructure de Recharge pour Véhicules Électriques) stations;
- Produce layout and execution plans, and 3D views;
- Preparing building permit applications and preparing the various projects (preliminary designs, detailed designs, execution projects);
- Preparing responses to invitations to tender for the design and construction of IRVE stations: (analysing plans and specifications, preparing technical briefs and landscape and architectural integration briefs, etc.)
- Seeking technical solutions to rationalise costs, analysing and resolving problems relating to the design of IRVE stations;
- Participate in drawing up quotations in conjunction with the sales managers.
This position is for you if:
- You have at least 3-4 years’ successful initial experience, ideally in the field of IRVE and/or in design offices;
- You speak English (knowledge of Spanish would be an asset);
- You’re a qualified architect;
- You’re creative and enjoy.
- You’re familiar with building regulations, representation techniques, construction techniques for all trades, structural stability principles and construction economics;
- You know how to communicate with all the trades, you are familiar with the different phases of a construction site, and you know how to draw up a works schedule;
- You’re familiar with Autocad and 3D software (SketchUp, Revit, etc.);
- You would like to work in a young company in a growth phase (start-up) and you have the following professional skills: rigour and organisation, analytical mind, attention to detail;
